All items are made to order and fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis. As a result, processing and delivery times may vary, and occasional shipping delays may occur.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please monitor your email for updates regarding your order status.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping, billing, and contact information is accurate before completing their purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or otherwise affected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If you need to cancel or modify an order due to incorrect information, you must submit a cancellation request as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for delays, delivery issues, or missing packages resulting from customer-provided errors or circumstances outside of our control.
