All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process. Orders typically require processing time before they are shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other factors.


Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s operations and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping seasons, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur during production, fulfillment, or transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable and do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once an order has entered production or has been shipped.


Tracking Information
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take several days to appear in the system.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or property management. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
